Founder and Owner: Chris Thomas

Chris has worked in real estate for six years, initially managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio before transitioning into residential property management. He combines sharp, data-driven negotiation skills with a deep understanding of property as a financial asset, ensuring every client’s investment is protected. Chris is a dedicated owner who applies that same diligence to exceed expectations and create a positive experience for all, through devotion to effective communication, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional service that sets him apart in the industry.

As an East Bay resident, Chris has intimate knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and the resources needed to manage properties effectively. This local presence means he keeps a close eye on your property and responds quickly when needed.

Chris is an accomplished violinist who studied at a professional music school before earning a BA in Journalism at Leeds University. In 2013, Chris moved to Australia, where he met his fiancé Lisa who is from Berkeley, California. After two years down under, Chris and Lisa spent a year in New Zealand before settling down in the Bay Area in 2017. He has fallen in love with the Northern California climate, its many beautiful landmarks, and the positive attitude across the Bay Area.
